Shipping Options
Standard US: $5.99 Shipping time is 3-7 business days
Expedited US: $20.00 Shipping time is 2-4 business days
International Standard: $20.00 Shipping time is generally 1-3 weeks
International Expedited: $69.00 Shipping time is generally 3 -7 business days
*Some countries may have higher shipping rates
*Some countries may only have express shipping options due to a high volume of lost packages historically
*Some items may have unique shipping prices due to the item weight, size, or warehouse location
*Some print on demand items may take longer to ship- it will be noted on the item's webpage
Order Processing Times
Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri)
Order Status and Details
Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order #. Within 2 business days you will receive a followup email containing your shipping tracking link you can use to follow the locations status of your package. Upon delivery an email will be automatically sent confirming it has been delivered to your desired address.
Lost Package / Missing Product
When your order hasn't arrived according to standard shipping timeframe or your order/item(s) have been lost or stolen please contact customer support contact@zag-store.com
International Deliveries
International Deliveries are offered with Standard or Express shipping. Standard shipping for International orders occasionally can't be tracked once it is handed off to the destination country's postal service. If they don't update tracking we have no way of providing information on where the package is. We suggest express shipping for best customer service and tracking. If an international package is lost in transit we will be able to submit a lost claim once 40 days passes from the original ship date. At that point we can have a new package shipped out.
Shipping Carriers
Most items are shipped via UPS and United States Postal Service. However, FedEx, OSM, and DHL may also be used depending on various factors.
Order Cancellations and Changes
An order can only be cancelled when the warehouse receives notification before an order is packed.
An order's shipping address and item change requests can only be fulfilled before the warehouse packs an order.
